I am Stacey,
My healing heart celebrates your presence here in my healing haven. This sacred space is a place of healing energy, honesty, and no judgment. A little bit about myself: I am 36 years old, and I am a daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, and entrepreneur. While I am indeed all of these things, I am also on my healing journey, the journey back to me. Within the pages of this blog, I will be trudging through the trenches of my heart and soul, this blog is a way to hold myself accountable and is a real-life account of what it looks like to confront your trauma and take back everything that was taken from me. Through this journey of shadow work evolution into my most authentic self and living in my truth unapologetically is inevitable. However, I will not lie, some days may be sunshine and rainbows, and others will be tears and a glass of red wine. Within this sacred space lies my heart, my hurt, my pain, my success, my failures, and my trauma. I will also share the steps I am taking to heal mindfully, to live fully, while restoring balance and reclaiming my inner peace. My freedom and peace are my goals. It truly is an honor to have you join me in this sacred space that is my healing haven.
